As part of the official launch of Plaquimet Brazil, we participated in the first regional meeting of the Latin American Composite Materials Association (ALMACO) in 2025 in Caxias do Sul.

Focused on the automotive, truck, and bus markets, and with excellent attendance and reception, the technical talk highlighted the philosophy of integrated solutions in Brazil, highlighting training, technical support, and new technologies.

We shared success stories from Argentina, where process optimization led to reduced operating times, improved performance, and lighter final parts with better mechanical properties.

Additionally, together with Diab, we presented the sandwich technology of its structural cores and its positive impact on the industry. Its application has been proven to produce lighter micros, achieving a significant reduction in the support structure without compromising the strength or efficiency of the material.

Furthermore, these cores have demonstrated their ability to shorten and simplify production circuits, eliminating the need for insulation and optimizing the interior aesthetic finish.
